Introduction

By using Dafaterna you agree to these terms. We built the platform to make it easy to create digital congratulation books and exchange warm messages between family and friends.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secret. Your email must be valid and you must be of an age legally allowed to use the service.

Acceptable content

Anything you publish or that is published on your book must respect the law and basic decency. The following are prohibited:

• Illegal content, hate speech, or incitement to violence.
• Content that harasses, threatens, or exposes the privacy of others.
• Spam, advertising, or harmful links.
• Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property.

Messages on your books

The book owner decides the display policy (public, approval-required, private). As the owner you can hide any message you don't want shown, or delete it entirely.

Account termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is and we do our best to keep data safe and the service running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or no data loss caused by events outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the latest version on this page, and continued use of the service means you accept the new terms.
